Eat Healthy When You Quit Smoking

When you smoke, your body loses many essential vitamins and minerals. The more you smoke, the more nutrients your body loses. In order to replenish your body of the nutrients it lost when you were smoking, you need to make sure that you eat a healthy, well-balanced diet when you quit. Eating healthy will also help you keep your weight down when you quit smoking.

Below are some tips to help guide you as you learn  to eat a well-balanced diet!

2. Eat foods rich in Vitamins A, B-6, B-12, C, & E ...nicotine causes a deficiency!
