Dog Rescue
-I rescue dogs from shelters and sometimes from the streets. Shelters are overflowing with dogs and cats. People are irresponsible and do not spay/neuter their pets-this leads to thousands of deaths each year.
-I have had a lot of experiences in which people think that animals are like couches-if it doesn't work for you, you can dispose of it. People are so quick to dump their animals at the pound instead of trying to work on their issues (I guess it is easier to dump them).
I have seen elderly dogs dumped at pounds-their owners fully aware that the dog would be eutanized there.
-It breaks my heart but also motivates me to help these animals.
I mostly rescue dogs, but I do rescue cats too.
I have a soft spot for pitbulls-they are killed so much. There is such a stigma attached to them. I wish that people wouldn't follow the tabloids so blindly. Pitties do attack, but so do other dogs. It is media hype. The pitbulls who have dog or people aggression can be rehabilitated. ----Check out Brandonfouche.com (he works with Cesar Milan)

-I have now rescued over 30 dogs and am constantly driving dogs to Santa Barbara, San Diego-you name it! I will do anything for them.
My group-Group 4 Paws- made dog beds to raise money for dog rescue. We made some beds to be donated to needy dogs, and some for people to buy! They're really cute.
