CALS WIKI

Description

Class Encyclopedia-In this class students will create their very own physics wikipedia. Every student is responsible for making multiple posts and edits on our class wiki. The idea is that everyone adds a different summary, so that by the end of every unit you have an easily accessible resource where you can access information you have learned in class.

When you are assigned a topic with a partner (as seen on the left), it is your job for one of you to write a summary and for the other person to edit. Partners can decide who does which part.

Grading Criteria

10 points Summary accurately explains major points clearly, provides examples, includes an appropriate graphic, and is mainly free of errors.
8 points Summary explains major points clearly, provides an example, and has one or two typos.
6 points Summary explains some major points, but provides no example, and has some typos.
<6 points Summary is provided.

Class Wiktionary

Post your concise definitions on the CALS Physics Wiktionary. Make accurate, to the point definitions, and include formulas or small graphics if applicable. You are expected to write 2+ definitions per semester.

Please make sure you add posts in ALPHABETICAL ORDER!
