2. Understand the A-G requirements and CALS ECHS' graduation requirements.
3. Develop reading skills and comprehension through free reading.
4. Develop presentation skills through current event presentations.
5. Develop collaborative learning habits through unit projects and presentations.
6. Connect current events to college readiness.

College Readiness Portfolio Requirements:

1. Create a homepage on google sites.
2. Create homepages for each of your classes.

• English
• Humanities
• Math
• PE
• College Readiness

3. Link to each class page from your homepage
4. Post a document and a picture on each class page
5. On your college readiness homepage list 5 schools that you are interested in attending after high school. Post a picture of each school and link to each school.
6. On your college readiness page place a link to an "A-G Requirement" page. This page should be a file cabinet put under your college readiness page. On this page you should have:

• A table that you created of the A-G requirements
• A table that serves as a schedule of your next 4 years, make sure it has you completing the A-G requirements.
• A link to the official A-G site at http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/paths_to_adm/freshman/subject_reqs.html
• A link to the A-G admissions calculator at http://www.ucop.edu:8080/eligibilitycalc/begin.jsp
• Pictures that represent you and relate to the A-G requirments
• A personal touch
