Hiking

"The kids were in good shape, smart, polite, and appreciative...I have been involved with ICO for ten years and that was hands down, the best trip I have ever done. It is this type of experience that makes my volunteering feel so worthwhile and rewarding. I am still on a high from the trip myself. It is a testament to you and the kids. It was so great to see all the kids working as a team and pitching in. I did not see any bickering or nastiness between anyone.Instead I saw cooperation, enthusiasm and good nature. I get a big kick out of sharing a special place with people that truly appreciate it and get a memorable experience from it. I think that the kids, like me, will remember the trip for a long time. That is why I volunteer...I look forward to doing this trip again with you next year."
