For those of you who don't know me, my name is Ashley Besse and I am a senior at California State University, Northridge. I am graduating in May 2009 with a bachelors degree in Psychology. Afterwards, I hope to go to Pepperdine University and continue my education and recieve my masters degree. I hope to one day be a therapist because I love talking to people and have endured plenty experiences of my own in order to relate and be able to help others.
I am a 21 year old who loves going to the beach, running off to Vegas, reading books, watching movies, and taking pictures. Camping is one of my favorite pasttimes. I enjoy working out, especially when it comes to long distance running and yoga.I am the oldest of four girls and I have one cat.
I think that most people would describe me as shy at first, but once I come out of my shell I am loud, enthusiastic, outgoing, and very goal oriented. I am the type of person who thinks about the future often and plans my life accordingly. I am always busy doing something so spare time is a luxury and I try to fill it with traveling.
I have never really thought of myself as being creative, but I suppose that depends on your definition of creativity. I used to play the violin, but in the last few years I think that I have realized that scrapbooking, and baking are my ultimate passions.
I take many pictures to document everything that I've done in life, and the best part is looking back and reflecting on those memories that are sometimes forgotten. I also absolutely love to bake! I can especially make deserts, but I can whip up a pretty good Thanksgiving meal as well! I love making cakes, cookies, pies; just about anything sweet from scratch, and then coming up with inventive ways of making them more appealing. So I guess I am creative in my own speacial way! |
