This page gives credit to the artists and photographers whose work has been used through out the Gender and Women's Studies webpage.

Part of mural at Women's Center

Throughout the GWS website, we have used various sections of a collective mural that was a constantly evolving piece on the walls of Women's Research and Resource Center. Work on the mural began in 2003-04. Over the next three years, different students added to the mural.

The WRRC Collective that came up with the concept was led by the Assistant Director of the WRRC at the time, Jayna Zimmerman. In December, 2007, a fire in the WRRC destroyed the building. On this page, we give credit to individual artists where known, although the work was done by a collective of various students and faculty over time.
