All funds have been expended for the 2015–2016 fiscal year. New co-sponsorship applications will be considered again beginning July 1, 2016.
All funding requests must be submitted and approved BEFORE the event occurs. All sponsorships are subject to availability of funds.
Before applying for any USU Sponsorship, please check the Sponsorship Guidelines below to verify whether your group and event are eligible for USU Sponsorship.
There are two types of sponsorship from the USU:
If your organization or department is planning an event and you would like the USU to financially assist your event, such as pay for room rentals/fees or other event expenses, submit the USU Co-Sponsorship application. This type of sponsorship may pertain to student groups or campus departments.
- Performance Hall Usage
If your organization or department is planning an event and you would like the assistance of the USU for fees specific to use the Plaza del Sol Performance Hall, there are two documents you will need to submit:
- Submit the USU Co-Sponsorship application.
- Submit the Student-Produced Events Application to the staff at the VPAC. Instructions are included in the packet. For a useful checklist and timeline for producing an event, please see this document.
