You Don’t Need a Passport to Explore the Excitment of Multiple World Cultures at the USU’s “CARNAVAL”

WHAT:

The University Student Union (USU) invites the CSUN community to explore and experience many fascinating cultures from around the world at the 20th annual “CARNAVAL”, a celebration of global diversity. Everyone in attendance can enjoy delicious food, live music, and dynamic performances from many different destinations — all completely FREE! Come celebrate the diversity of CSUN’s campus at this exciting event!

Xiomara Carranza, Student Events Assistant, is responsible for putting on this event.

Thursday, Apr. 6 at 12 to 7:30 p.m.
*Break from 3:35 to 4:15 p.m.

Plaza del Sol at the USU

WHY:

Provide everyone at CSUN with a fun opportunity to learn more about different cultures and bring awareness to the diversity on the CSUN campus

“CARNAVAL” is an exciting multicultural fair that truly celebrates global diversity. You don’t need a passport to experience the sights, sounds and tastes from all over our planet. You and your friends can explore the extraordinary variety of cultures being celebrated on this day filled with exciting dance, music, live performance, and exotic food from all over the world.
