Enjoy Live Music and Crafting at the University Student Union With “Noontime Concert” and “Craft Corner” Every Thursday

What:
The University Student Union’s most popular music and art events, “Noontime
Concert” and “Craft Corner” are back this semester. Every Thursday starting Sept. 8, show off your creativity and artistic ability at the “Craft Corner” while enjoying live music performances from some of the best local performers at the “Noontime Concert” series. 

Who:
Drake Baker, Student Events Assistant, is responsible for coordinating the “Noontime Concert”. 
Courtney Brubaker, Student Events Assistant, is responsible for coordinating “Craft Corner”. 

When:
Every Thursday, from Sept. 8 until Dec. 1 (excluding Sept. 15, Nov. 10 and Nov. 24)

  • 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Craft Corner)
  • Noon to 1 p.m. (Noontime Concert) 

Where:
Plaza del Sol at the USU 

Why:
Provide CSUN students with free live entertainment, a chance to craft personal keepsakes from different cultures in a stress-relieving environment. 

Background:
Bring your friends to enjoy these super fun weekly events. “Craft Corner” includes a variety of themed crafts to let students express themselves. Enjoy live music by artists from a variety of genres and cultures. Free snacks will also be served on a first come, first served basis.
