Writing Center and Freshman Writing Lab

Writing Center Consultants

Our consultants are experienced professionals or para-professionals, either English lecturer faculty or graduate students enrolled in the second year of the Master’s Program in English. They can offer students feedback on their academic, professional, and personal writing: reports, research papers, business letters, resumes, etc., as well as help them develop effective strategies for time management, reading, note taking, and test taking. An appointment is necessary. Some same-day walk-ins may be available depending on appointment cancellations.
