Summer 2008, July 9 - August 19
California State University, Northridge is committed to the success of every student. Several programs are available to improve your chances of success if your test scores indicate that you need developmental math or developmental reading. One of these programs, Early Start, will offer a set of linked classes this summer to help entering freshmen attain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in college. Financial Aid is available to cover the cost of the State University Fee for eligible students.
Eligibility for Early Start is determined by your scores on the Entry Level Math (ELM) and English Placement Test (EPT) required by every university in the California State University (CSU) system. If you have already taken the test by the time of your advising appointment, you may be able to take advantage of this great opportunity.
