CSUN Students to Offer ‘Dialogues in Dance’
(NORTHRIDGE, Calif., April 25, 2008) — Cal State Northridge student choreographers, dancers and actors will present "Dialogues in Dance," literal explorations of movement, music, time and space, on Friday, May 9, at the university.
"‘Dialogues in Dance’ reflect the inherent communal nature of dance and the interdisciplinary spirit of collaboration at CSUN," said associate professor of kinesiology Paula Thomson.
There will be two performances of "Dialogues," one at 7 p.m. and the other at 8:30 p.m., in Studio 292 of Redwood Hall on the east side of the campus off Zelzah Street. Admission is free.
The performances are presented by CSUN’s departments of theatre and kinesiology and the Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communications and the College of Health and Human Development.
