CSUN Gave Marquis Williams Chance After Life in 10 Foster Homes

Marquis Williams has published a book about his incredible story: Beating the System: My Life in Foster Care. CSUN helped him reach his potential through its Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP), which is designed to support historically low-income, educationally disadvantaged, first-generation students.

Women’s Volleyball: Pepperdine-CSUN Challenge

Aug. 31-Sept. 2
The Matadors open their home schedule by co-hosting a tournament with Pepperdine. CSUN hosts Weber State at 7 p.m. on Aug. 31, Pepperdine at 7 p.m. on Sept. 1 and Northeastern at 1 p.m. on Sept. 2. Northeastern and Weber State will also play a tournament match in The Matadome on Sept. 1.
