Open enrollment begins September 12th and ends October 7. Changes in coverage will be effective January 1, 2017
The employee must be in paid status for a minimum of 11 days for health coverage to begin. Coverage will begin the 1st of the month after this qualifying period. Premiums are subject to change annually on January 1st.
