TRIO’s college preparation programs are federally funded programs designed to support and motivate students from disadvantaged backgrounds as they navigate their academic experience from middle school through college.
Educational Talent Search
The Educational Talent Search (ETS) program (grades 6-12) at CSUN provides intervention and support services designed to increase the likelihood of a student pursuing a college degree. Services are offered during school and summer, and are free of charge.
Upward Bound Classic
The Upward Bound program (grades 9-12) at CSUN assists students in completing high school and pursuing a college degree. Program services are offered during and after school, and include a six-week summer program at CSUN. Participation is free of charge.
