If the AIS Toolbar hot keys conflict with other Web services (such as gmail) you can turn them off.

Click on the down arrow in the area of the toolbar between the AIS Web Accessibility Toolbar logo and Validate.

Navigate to Accessibility Toolbar Options> Enable hot keys
