Prior to embedding a Google Calendar into your web site, you need to create the a google calendar.

To start, log into google with the same username and password that you are using for your google site. Once you are logged into google, you will want to go and select Calendar from the top of the page. If Calendar is not an option, you can select it by choosing More from the top of the page. Once you select calendar, you will want to create a new calendar that will be put into your web site.

Once you create the calendar, you are ready to embed the calendar into your web site. You need to decide where the calendar will be embedded and to embed the calendar (please place on media page), do the following...

In the future, if you want to make changes to your calendar, you will log into your google account and go directly to the calendar. You can make changes there and the changes will automatically be reflected on your web site (you might need to hit refresh or reload on the browser to see most current changes.)

Please make sure that your calendar is viewable by others. To check this, go to another computer and visit the web site where you calendar is located. If it is viewable, then everything is fine. If it is not viewable, then you will need to go into your Google Calendar settings and change it from private to public. Visit site for more explanation
