Videotape
For your videotape assignment, you will need to choose a
lesson dealing with integrating technology with Language Arts. Your group
can videotape an actual class or your group can simulate a lesson and class
setting using our lab. Each group will have up to 45 minutes where they can
use the lab to videotape.
Directions:
- You can work independently or in a group up to four. If you work in
a group, each member of the group will need to describe each of the members
role and give each member a grade. Your group will not see each others
input.
- Email Dr. Chang lesson plan, and the members of your group and each
members role prior to videotaping. (If your group needs to make any changes,
please discuss with Dr. Chang prior to making the changes). All taping
must be completed by April 26th. On April 27th, the class will edit the
movie
- Your videotaping will be completed using a digital camcorder. If your
group needs a digital camcorder, Dr. Chang will loan you the equipment.
After your taping is complete, you will edit your movie using either I-movie,
I-DVD or another editing software. The only item that your group must
obtain prior to the taping is 1 blank mini DV digital video cassette.
