FAQ Page

Many Web pages have a FAQ page.  FAQ is an acronym for Frequently Asked Questions.  This page can be helpful for your audience, because you can anticipate the questions that they may have and thus place them on your FAQ page.

For this assignment, you will generate at least 10 questions that you feel is important.  Your format will be the following. Five questions will pertain to your class, classroom, school, etc. and the other 5 will pertain to future student taking this technology class.

1.  Open up a Microsoft Word and save this document as "faq_lastname" under the "public_html" folder.
2.  Generate a minimum of 10 questions and answers that you feel is important.
3.  After you complete your questions, email the document to your entire class via WebCt as an attachment.  Include me as part of the class so that I can give you credit.
4. Once you email your attachment to the class, you can start to retrieve your classmates attachment and decipher which questions you think will work for your FAQ Web page.
5.  Arrange the questions however you like using either Microsoft Word or Netscape Communicator-Composer.
