Erica Wohldmann is the founder of the CSUN food garden. She is dedicated to the education of students on issues related to food, the food industry, sustainable agriculture and nutrition. Her research focuses on the psychology of food and the food choices that people make. She likes to surf, hike, bike, travel and is the poster child of the environmental movement.
