Form Mailer Instructions

The form mailer only requires a few configuration values and can be used anywhere. Before you begin it is good to have created a confirmation page and determined the E-Mail addresses that will be used.

Step 1: Create the Form Entry

First create a new form. Once you do this make sure to add the recipients and any other users that should have administrative access to the form in the edit screen.

Step 2: Create your HTML Form

You can use the example provided as a starting point or you can create your form from scratch. For the form to work properly there must be a hidden field called access_key that contains the access_key for the form. You can get yours by clicking the show link for your form.

Step 3: Test your Form

At this point you should have a form entry and a complete HTML form ready to go. Just fill out the form and submit it, you should have an email (provided you added yourself as a recipient) and be redirected to the confirmation url.
