Make a Splash this Semester with Adult Swim Classes at the SRC

WHAT:

The Student Recreation Center at the University Student Union invites all of its interested members to improve their swimming skills with Adult Swim Classes at the SRC. For four weeks of group lessons, students can sign up for only $16 while non-students can also enroll for $32. If you prefer, 30 minute private and semi-private swim lessons are also available for $10 per class. For March classes, registration begins on Feb. 9 and for April classes, registration begins on March 9.

WHO:

Ryan Hairapetian, aquatics coordinator, is responsible for planning this event.

WHEN:

Group Lessons: 4 Weeks of Lessons/Twice a Week

  • Mondays and Wednesday, 5:30 to 6 p.m. and 6 to 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 to 6:30 p.m. and 6:30 to 7 p.m. 

Private and Semi-Private Lessons: Schedule time with instructor

WHERE:

SRC Rec Pool and Plaza Pool

WHY:

Provide SRC members a unique opportunity to hone their skills with a choice of beginner and intermediate level classes.
