In this workshop, you will learn the four basic rhythms of Zumba: Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton. As you master these steps, the instructor will also be covering topics behind why Zumba is an effective program and how to be safe in this high cardio formatted class.
SRC members can register online or in-person at the Total Training Zone desk as early as one week in advance. Limited space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
