The Learn the Basics Workshops are back! The culture of climbing has exploded to a new level with countless techniques, terminology and gear that climbers can use to have fun and be safe. This 90-minute workshop will address everything from how to get started to what type of strength training exercises to do that can enhance your climbing abilities. Come prepared to move because this workshop will breakdown basics climbing etiquette and techniques you can use on the rock wall. SRC members can register online or in-person at the Total Training Zone desk as early as one week in advance. Limited space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
