The Learn the Basics Workshops are back! Ever wonder how to properly use Kettlebells in your exercise routine? This 90-minute workshop will discuss the benefits and proper use when performing exercises such as the Goblet Squat, Kettlebell Swing and Turkish get-up. SRC members can register online or in-person at the Total Training Zone desk as early as one week in advance. Limited space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
