Cycling is a great way to increase your cardiovascular health, no matter what your current fitness level is! This 75-minute workshop will break it down into the fundamental positions and movements, and we’ll show you how to use cadence and resistance to modify the intensity to suit your own goals. Once you’ve got the basics down and are feeling confident, we’ll dive into a 20-minute introductory ride. Wear stiff-soled gym shoes and don’t forget to bring some water!

SRC members can register online or in-person at the Total Training Zone desk as early as one week in advance. Limited space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
