Cardio Strength

BoxingGet your blood pump’n! Enjoy a variety of classes that focus on improving muscular strength, stamina, and cardiovascular endurance. Some classes may use equipment such as jump ropes, heavy bags, free weights, and TRX straps. No two classes are alike, so try them all!

Class length: 55 minutes/30 minutes.

Mind and Body

Mind and BodyMind and body classes focus on improving your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus. yoga and pilates classes are a great way to release stress from daily life and quiet the mind.

Aqua

AquaAqua classes are offered in the SRC pool. These water-based classes focus on minimizing stress on the body by using water resistance to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Up your fitness routine with one of our latest aqua classes, and re-energize your workouts with something new!

Cardio Dance

Cardio DanceLove to move? Get an aerobic workout while dancing! Each instructor brings his/her own individual style to this high intensity class. Variations include jazz, latin, ballet, funk, Brazilian and afro-caribbean. Try them all! These inspiring and powerful classes are taught by leaders in the dance world.
