As approved by DHHS, our Federal cognizant agency, the following benefit rates are applicable as of July 1, 2009:


Rate 1: Employee Receiving No Benefits: 9.4% 
        
Rate 2 Employees with Retirement Benefits Only:  16.2%

Rate 3: Employees with Health Benefits but Not Yet Eligible for Retirement (< 2 Years): 26.6%

Rate 4: Employees with Health Benefits and Eligible for Retirement (> 2Years):  39.7%
