Re: PeopleSoft Upgrade - Limited Processing of Grant Expenditures
Dear Principal Investigators & Research Administrators:
Please note that a necessary upgrade of the PeopleSoft accounting system at TUC may impact the processing of grant related expenditures. As part of the transition from Version 8.9 to 9.1, PeopleSoft will be shut down from Wednesday May 29th (noon) until Monday June 3rd (8 am).
During this time no Purchase Orders or Check Requests can be processed, and no checks can be issued. Additionally, BBA Reports, Detail Trial Balances, and other financial reports cannot be generated or updated.
We suggest that you submit all urgent expenditure requests as soon as possible. Anything received after
Wednesday May 22, 2013, 5 pm,
may not be available until the first week of June. Regular processing of expenditures will resume on Monday June 3rd, 2013.
