Existing Reservations with Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If you have a current reservation with Enterprise Rent-A-Car under the CSU business account NACA053, you will need to contact your liaison for the new CSU Account Number.

All existing reservations under NACA053 have been canceled. For more details, please see the email below.

Hello:

Please forward this information to all employees who rent vehicles through Enterprise Rent-A-Car using the AORMA Account Number NACA053.

 Enterprise Rent-A-Car has set up a new account numbers for the CSU Auxiliary Organizations’ Business Use rentals.  The new account numbers will replace the existing AORMA account number NACA053 which has been cancelled.  This action was necessitated because account number NACA053 has been breached and is being used by unauthorized renters.  All existing reservations under NACA053 have been canceled.

 If you have any employees who have reservations booked using account number NACA053, they must rebook their reservation to ensure that they have a vehicle available for their business rental.  Please make sure that this information is only shared with authorized users and is not posted on any websites that are accessible by non-employees. This new account number is for Business Use only and will require the user to present an ID Badge or Business Card to confirm employment.

Business Use Reservations:

  1.  Log on to Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s or National Car Rental’s Web Site at www.enterprise.com or www.nationalcar.com
  2.  Enter the Enterprise location where you would like to pick up your rental vehicle.
  3. If you enter a ZIP code or city you will be able to select the location to use on the next page. 
  4.  Enter the dates and times of your desired reservation. 
  5.  Enter your Account Number in the “Promotion Code or Account Number (Optional)” box and click on "Continue". 
  6.  At the next screen you can select your vehicle and click on "Continue". 
  7.  The next screen will list any optional equipment (such as a GPS unit) that is available at the requested location.
  8.  Click "Continue to Review" once you are done. 
  9.  Next, you can review the location, dates and vehicle type for the reservation.
  10.  Scroll down to complete the "Renter Details" and then click on "Reserve Now" to finish your reservation. 
  11.  You can also enter additional information in the "Save Time at the Counter" section to speed up the rental process. 
  12.  You will be given a confirmation number for your reservation and a confirmation will be emailed to you.
  13.  You will need to have a valid Driver's License, ID Badge or Business Card, Credit Card, and Reservation Number to pick up the vehicle. 

 

Customer Pay - Personal Use Reservations:

  1. Log on to Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s or National Car Rental’s Web Site at www.enterprise.com or www.nationalcar.com
  2.  Enter the Enterprise location where you would like to pick up your rental vehicle. 
  3.  If you enter a ZIP code or city you will be able to select the location on the next page. 
  4.  Enter the Dates and Times of your desired reservation. 
  5.  Enter your Account Number in the “Optional: Corporate Account or Customer Number” Box. 
  6.  Choose the rental location most convenient for you. 
  7.  At the next screen you can select your vehicle and click on "Continue". 
  8.  The next screen will list any optional Equipment (such as a GPS unit) that is available at the requested location.
  9.  Click "Continue to Review" once you are done. 
  10.  Next, you can review the location, dates and vehicle type for the reservation.
  11.  Scroll down to complete the "Renter Details" and then click on "Reserve Now" to finish your reservation.
