TUC employees are paid for Jury Duty time if they are "full-time".
TUC pays for 10 days every 2 years.
The employee must provide TUC with reimbursement for daily court fees (excluding mileage and parking) or a written document that states there were no court fees paid to them.
Examples:
If a TUC employee serves on jury duty for 5 days in the current year, the employee will be paid for the entire 5 days and for up to 5 days in the next year.
If a TUC employee serves on jury duty for 10 days this year, they will not be paid for any jury duty in the next year.
