New Student Online Readiness Survey
Students are invited to participate in a New Online Readiness Survey. This survey will help you determine if you are ready for online courses prior to registration. We also encourage you to review the New Online Course Definitions. If you havea any questions, contact the IT Help Center.
SOLAR SA & HR Changes
The SOLAR SA and HR modules were upgraded during the fall semester. As a result, please be aware of the following changes.
SOLAR SA
SOLAR services for faculty can be accessed from the "Faculty Center." View a brief tutorial to learn more about these changes.
Faculty/Staff who utilize the student inquiry/advisement Applicant option will notice that the page displays slightly different. There are minor changes in field placement, but the functionality remains the same.
Staff responsible for schedule of classes (SOC) will also notice some changes. Self-paced guides are available for your convenience. You can also contact your SOLAR Coordinator for additional information.
SOLAR HR
An updated Time & Labor (TL) and new Absence Management (AM) modules are now available. HR services remain in separate pagelets, but are organized by task. For additional information, visit Human Resources.
