February is Black History Month. This nation-wide celebration honors African-Americans' contributions to American history and development. The theme for this year’s effort, Hallowed Grounds: Sites of African American Memories, recognizes the places of African American memories and the sites where African Americans made history. CSUN is proud to promote the observance of Black History Month with guest speakers, including acclaimed actor, director and producer Robert Townsend, film screenings and much more.
