It is an honor to announce that Alex Melconian, the surviving spouse of Garine Melconian, recently established an endowment in honor of his late-wife’s memory and her boundless dedication, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to youth who are under-served, at-risk, and in High-Poverty Schools. Mr. Melconian, an alumni of the CSUN Engineering program, reflected on his wife’s dedication and the legacy she has left. He said that her education in behavior analysis brought the two of them closer together and that he knew that she would want to support other aspiring behavior analysts to continue her work with youth in schools.
