Grants and Scholarships

Awards, Grants and Scholarships

There are numerous awards, grants and scholarships available that recognize student excellence and can help defray some of the costs of attending the conference. It is extremely important that all applicants visit the APCG Grants webpage for complete information about grants and scholarships, including important guidelines for application submission and application deadlines. Applications not meeting submission standards will be disqualified. If you are a faculty member, please encourage your students to apply. If you are a student, be sure to apply for one or more of these scholarships. We encourage all students to enter the paper/poster competitions.

Below is a brief description of existing opportunities. These are subject to change so please visit the APCG Grants webpage for any additional announcements and changes to deadlines or requirements. We look forward to seeing you in Palm Springs.

No Banquet Cost for Student Presenters

In order to encourage student attendance at the Saturday Awards Banquet, Bill and Marilyn Bowen will cover the banquet cost for any student who is the 'first presenter' on a presentation or poster.  Please understand that this offer is for students whose meal is not already paid for by another group.  First presenters must pay for the banquet when upon registration and you will then be reimbursed at the banquet.
