This symposium is the culminating event in a year-long interdisciplinary exploration of the ways that we shape and are shaped by our relationships to food. Join the Global Studies and Sustainability GE Paths for a look at these issues as they are discussed in some exciting lectures and a student poster exhibition. To kick off the day in a healthy way, there will be a faculty-student game of “Glo-Volley” (a silly version of volleyball played with a gigantic beach ball). Please join us for a stimulating and fun day!
