The University Corporation is introducing a new "Travel Expense Claim Form" 
adapted to the information requirements particular to Sponsored Programs. 

Please use the new form for all future travel reimbursement requests. 

The new form can be downloaded at the Sponsored Programs website at  
http://www.csun.edu/sponsoredprograms/forms/travelexpenseclaim.xls
Printed copies are available at the TUC front desk.
