Principal Investigators and Research Administrators can now view their 'Project Budget Status' report (previously known as 'BBA Report') on the Sponsored Programs website.

The Project Budget Status Report analyzes the project expenses by account, thereby providing a quick overview of your most current project expenses. It is our objective to update the report on a daily basis.

You can view your up-to-date project report by going to the Sponsored Programs website at http://www.csun.edu/sponsoredprograms/reports/ and selecting your Project ID. 

When reviewing your report, please consider the following:

- Salaries and Wages, as well as Benefits and Vacation are only booked twice a month, usually on the 3rd and the 18th.

- Indirect Costs are only booked once a month, usually on the 15th of the following month. 

- Expenditure requests submitted to The University Corporation usually have a one to three day delay until they are booked.
