Below, please find a message from the PeopleSoft Campus Support team offering training classes for the new online chargeback procedure:

On May 22, 2006, Financial and Accounting Services delivered the On-Line Chargeback Module.  This module has a similar look and feel to that of the On-Line Requisition Module.  

Formal training will be required for all new Chargeback Requestors who have never had access to PeopleSoft Financials.  The following hands-on training sessions to create chargeback requests will be offered:

Thursday, June 22:	9:30 - 11:30
Tuesday, June 27:		2:00 - 4:00

Seating is limited, so enrollments will be taken on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a seat, please email pshelp@csun.edu with the following information:

Phone Ext.
Training Date/Time Requested

All classes will be held in Bayramian Hall 535. You will receive a confirmation for the class you are enrolled in.  Additional classes will be added, as the need arises.

If you do not already have On-Line Requisitions, please bring an approved Application for Access to PeopleSoft Financials requesting access as a Chargeback Requestor.  This form may be found at http://www-admn.csun.edu/ps/financials/s_financials.htm
