Lesson Plans on the Internet

Lesson planning | Celebrations | Pedagogical Content Knowledge

When looking for a lesson plan on a specific topic, it may be quickest to use an advanced search engine like AltaVista. Before you begin, you should be familiar with Boolean search strategies. When looking for a specific lesson, it is best to use the key term describing the topic of the lesson as well as the term "lesson" or "lesson plan" (in quotes) in your search. For example, if you were searching for a lesson plan on optics, it would wise to search for "optics" AND "lesson plan".
