SED-646 Introduction

University Catalog Description

Design, development, and use of computer-based curricular resources for the teaching of science and mathematics. Topics include Internet resources, simulated experiments, computer-assisted instruction, mathematics tools, graphing calculators, probeware, videomicroscopy, scientific and mathematical editors, games, scientific databases, programming, robotics, and more. Review and analysis of research on the use of technology in science and mathematics education.

Modifications for Instructional Technology Cohort

During Spring, 2010, the curriculum of SED 646 has been adapted to address the curricular needs of other disciplines in addition to mathematics and science.
