a) View "All files"
b) Locate your outline and open
c) A new Powerpoint file is made from outline
 
II. APPLY & EDIT BACKGROUND STYLE TO SLIDE SHOW
A. View/Master/Slide master
B. Format/Presentation template
1. select template you desire
2. edit it to meet your needs
C. this template now applies to all slides in your show unless you make a change
 
III. ALTER BACKGROUNDS COLORS OF SLIDES IN A SHOW
A. Format/Slide layout
1. adjusts the layout of an individual slide
B. Format/Slide background
1. adjusts the background of an individual slide
C. Format/Slide color scheme
1. adjusts the color scheme of an individual slide
 
IV. IMPORT GRAPHICS INTO FOREGROUND AND BACKGROUND
A. Foreground Graphics
1. slide sorter view
2. select slide
3. paste graphic
B. Background Graphics
1. View/Master/Slide
a) Paste graphics into master slide
b) Graphics appear on every slide unless you eliminate them
