ASSISTANT PROFESSOR POSITION IN ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, California State University, Northridge invites applications for a tenure-track position in analytical chemistry, effective August 21, 2019. All areas of specialization will be considered, but we are particularly interested in applicants whose expertise would broaden current offerings in our department. The successful hire will have teaching responsibilities in general chemistry as well as undergraduate and graduate courses in his/her specialty. The hire also will be expected to establish a research program involving undergraduate and M.S. students at CSUN and secure external funding. A Ph.D. is required and postdoctoral experience is preferred. Initial review of applications will begin October 19, 2018 and continue until the position is filled.
