Growing vegetables in the back (or front) yard is the freshest way to add tasty nutrition to your plate. But what can you do if you don't have a big back yard or it is not the best location for growing vegetables? Veggie gardening in containers is a versatile way to turn sunny-but-small spaces like balconies, side yards, and driveways into food-producing mini-garden plots.

Popular garden designer Steve Gerischer will share his favorite methods and strategies of growing vegetables in containers. Along with enlightening us on his preferred container vegetables, Steve will provide details on container types, soil preparation, site selection, and seasonal variation.
