What Are the Steps to Graduate?


Application for Graduation (form available online):

Students should apply for graduation the semester before they plan to graduate. The application and $47 fee should be submitted to Admissions and Records (located in the lobby of Bayramian Hall). There is no deadline for applying, however, the later you submit the form, the later your Graduate Evaluator will be able to send you a Doctoral Degree Audit report. This form tells you what requirements you still need to complete.

Dissertation Planning form:

Students will need to submit a Final Dissertation Approval form to the Office of Research and Graduate Studies. Consult with the Office of Doctoral programs regarding initial Dissertation forms.

On-Line submission of Preliminary Dissertation:

Approved Dissertation:

Committee approved Final Dissertation. Submit Final Dissertation to Graduate Studies office. Graduate Studies Evaluators will submit final Dissertation to the Library)
