The Office of Research and Sponsored Projects will work with you to complete necessary certification and assurance forms for proposal submissions. In addition, we have provided Institutional Information for Proposals as a resource for completing forms and providing information about fringe and indirect cost rates.
Also, there are internal forms that must be completed prior to submission of your proposal. A Grant Data Form must be signed by the Principal Investigator (PI), all Co-Principal Investigator/s (Co-PI/s), the department Chair/s, and the Dean/s. This process verifies that the proposal has been approved by the department/s and college/s involved. In addition, all PI’s and Co-PI’s must complete and sign a Conflict of Interest form.
