We’ve got an exciting mixture of soul music and great moves at this week’s Noontime Concert, featuring R&B singer Keisha Slaughter and the Taste the Rainbow LGBTQ Dance Crew — celebrating the start of Changing Same week!

Come enjoy the Taste the Rainbow LGBTQ Dance Crew, a queer hip&45;hop dance team, before experiencing the healing sounds of Keisha Slaughter, an R&B multi—instrumentalist from New Orleans, at this special edition of Noontime Concert.

It’s all part of Changing Same, a weeklong event exploring the intersectionality of gender identity, sexuality, and culture. Join together with other members of the LGBTQ community at CSUN for a dynamic panel discussion, live music, art sessions and engaging speakers.

Presented by the Pride Center, in collaboration with the Inclusive Language Campaign, Gamma Rho Lambda and the DREAM Center.

You don’t want to miss this panel discussion featuring a diverse group of student social justice leaders and ambassadors who represent a variety of backgrounds.

It’s all part of Changing Same, a weeklong event exploring the intersectionality of gender identity, sexuality, and culture. Expand your horizons by looking into the multitude of backgrounds within the LGBTQ community and the oppression that many face in their respective ethnic communities

Join together with other members of the LGBTQ community this week at CSUN for a dynamic panel discussion plus live music, art sessions and engaging speakers.

Come to this Changing Same event to get creative while learning about youth-led undocumented education movements featuring queer artist and activist Julio Salgado.

Join us for an exciting lecture by queer artist and activist Julio Salgado before learning to color and decorate your own stencil art sheets. Salgado’s work, influenced by the DREAM Act and the migrant immigration movement, has been praised by OC Weekly, KPCC-FM 89.3’s Multi-American blog and others.

Learn the basics of both stencil art and self-empowerment at the Pride Center’s Changing Same-themed LGBTQ Coffee Nights, hosted by social justice artist Luis Salinas.

Get empowered at this special Changing Same-themed LGBTQ Coffee Nights, featuring social justice artist and CSUN graduate student Luis Salinas. Come create your own stencil poster artwork consisting of empowering words that express who you are and why you’re important.
