Abigail Ann Sales
Bio:
Abigail Sales will be graduating in Spring 2009 with a BS in Business Management. Her goals for MACsun are to provide COBAE students with endless opportunities and experiences to the real business world, which will open doors to their future. Along with a full time school schedule, Abigail works at the Pasadena Ice Skating Center as a private instructor and interns at California Apparel News, a publishing company in the heart of fashion district, Downtown LA. Abigail would like to take what she learned and experienced at school and in MACsun to become an entrepreneur. Her hobbies include ice skating, spending time with family and friends, and home decorating..

Meline Petrosyan
Bio:
Melinè (Melanie) Petrosyan will earn her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in May 2009. Upon graduation, Melinè plans to start preparing for Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) for admissions to law school in Spring 2010. Meline’s goal is to get admitted to one of the top law schools in Southern California. After earning a Juris Doctor’s Degree, Meline’s ultimate passion is to practice Employment Law. However before attending to law school, she is thinking of earning a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Spring ‘09 is Meline’s third semester with MACsun and second consecutive semester as the Vice President. When she first started, MACsun was known as Professionals in Human Resource Association/Management. Melinè enjoys working with students, professionals, and professors. Her goal is to help students build strong networking skills, and gain leadership experience. Her hobbies include reading interesting non – fiction books, and listening to music.
Currently, Melinè works at the University Student Union (USU) as the Operations Assistant. She is eager to learn new tasks every day and show help to others as much as possible.

Sirun Korkis
Bio:
Sirun Korkis has AA degree in Business Administration from Glendale Community College. She will earn Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from California State University Northridge in Spring 2010. Then, she is planning to obtain Master’s Degree from University of Southern California. She enjoys working at retail and has 5 year experience in retail store operations and customer service. She has confidence and positive attitude to deal with variety of challenges. She is currently a member of Golden Key International Honor Society and the Vice President of Marketing at MACsun. As the VP of Marketing, her main goal is to promote membership of MACsun among business major students at CSUN. Her hobbies are dancing, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Attieh Rabei
Bio:
Attieh Rabei will be graduating in the Spring of 2010 with a BS in Business Management. As the Co-VP of Marketing, her goal is to recruit more members, encourage students to network, and lend a hand any way she can. She also hopes her enthusiasm and determination will help MACsun become an even better organization. Attieh is looking forward to her first semester as a board member and is excited to work with everyone involved. After graduating, she plans to manage in retail as well as to own her own business one day. In addition, Attieh would like to work with a non-profit organization as a way of giving back to the community. Some of her favorite things include: meeting new people, the color hot pink, chocolate cake and music.

Kavita Patel
Bio:
Kavita Patel is majoring in Finance and will graduate December of 2009. Her goal is to earn an MBA degree soon after receiving her Bachelors. She is currently employed at a motel in Glendale, CA. Kavita hopes to work for a multinational company in the near future. Her hobbies are listening to music, traveling, reading, and surfing the internet. She enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds and loves to learn about their cultures. As Vice President of Finance of MACsun, Kavita hopes to gain real world experiences and open endless doors of opportunities. With the help of the other board members, she would also like to take MACsun to a better and greater height.

Farnaz Sabouhi
Bio:
Farnaz Sabouhi is a Business Management major and will be graduating with a BS from California University of Northridge in Spring 2009. Farnaz’s Goal is to transfer to law school and earn a degree in corporate law. This will be her first semester on the Executive Board of MACsun. She hopes her passion, positive attitude and her social skills will encourage other students’ involvement in MACsun. She is currently working at First Federal of Bank of California in West Hollywood as an operations supervisor. She anticipates that her five year banking experience will be constructive for her role as CO-VP of Finance. Along with a full time school and work schedules, she stills enjoys biking, indoor cycling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. As Co-VP of Finance, Farnaz is looking forward to working directly with her colleagues and other associations on campus to improve MACsun image. She hopes to provide opportunities for other students to participate and gain remarkable experience about different cultures through MACsun.

Margeaux Mandap
Bio:
Margeaux Mandap will be graduating with a BS in Management in spring 2009. She then plans to pursue a second BS in Nursing, ultimately integrating both degrees toward a career in Hospital Management. Margeaux recently returned home from studying at the University Of Bradford School Of Management in the United Kingdom, having traveled throughout Europe and Egypt during her year abroad. Her interests include foreign food, running, and anything and everything British.

Amanda Garcia
Bio:
Amanda Garcia is a Business Management major and will be graduating with a BS in December of 2009. This will be her second semester on the Executive Board of MACsun. She is also the Vice President of the new CSUN Traders Association. Last semester she was the Co Vice President of Administration for MACsun and learned alot through her experiences on the board. This semester she is the Vice President of Fundraising and looks forward to working closely with her peers and other associations on campus to promote MACsun within the community; and to suggest and organize new and innovative fundraising ideas for the association. Amanda has always been a people person and a go-getter. In the future she plans to focus on property management and seeing the world. Traveling is one of her greatest interests and she can not wait to get started on her goals once graduated.

Tonie Mangum
Bio:
Tonie Mangum is a Business Management major. She is aspiring to earn a Master's degree after acquiring a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Her career goal is to work with or start a non-profit organization. Tonie enjoys interacting and networking with people. One of her interests is working with children. Her hobbies are listening to music, reading, and cooking. Tonie's goal is to be remembered as a person who helped people to pursue their educational goals by encouragement.

John Elmo Hocson Garcia
Bio:
John Garcia is a double major in Business Law and Political Science and expecting to graduate in Spring 2011. His goal is to build a network connecting students to professionals and resources, helping others make the most of their time at CSUN. In addition to MACSUN, John is a member of the Business Law Association, Business Honors Association, and Leaders in Alliance: Management Team. One of his biggest passions is food.
