Who are the University Ambassadors?

The Office of Guest Relations & Campus Tours coordinates the University Ambassador Program. The University Ambassadors are a diverse group of student leaders who volunteer their time to facilitate campus tours, host special events, and represent our University in a manner that exemplifies campus pride and professionalism.

Their main duties include…

  • Providing individual and group campus tours to prospective students, parents, and other guests
  • Co-hosting University events such as, College Making it Happen, Preview CSUN, and Discover CSUN
  • Co- sponsoring with the President, Provost and Vice-President of Student Affairs designated university activities including the “Cuddle N’ Read Drive” and “Polished Apple Award Ceremony”
  • Promoting CSUN pride

University Ambassadors receive for their efforts...

  • University incentives such as priority registration, textbook discounts, and more
  • Networking opportunities
  • Satisfaction of helping the campus and community

If you are interested in applying to this program, please download an Ambassador Application and submit it to the Student Outreach and Recruitment Services office in Bayramian Hall (BH), Room 190 by the deadline(please email to verify the deadline). Please Note: All application forms must be submitted together at the time of submission. This includes the letter of recommendation and the University Ambassador paper application. There will be no exceptions.
